Use of Service

Indy Beauty ("we," "us," "our") provides an online directory of beauty businesses in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or claim a business listing.

Business Listings

Indy Beauty aggregates business information from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any listing.

Business owners may claim their listing to update information, upload photos, and manage their profile. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or our content guidelines.

User Accounts

Accounts are created using email-based magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity under your Indy Beauty account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the directory for commercial use.
• Create fake business listings or claim businesses you do not own or operate.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on another party's intellectual property.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

User-Submitted Content

By uploading photos, descriptions, or other content, you grant Indy Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Indy Beauty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business listed in the directory. Interactions between consumers and businesses are solely between those parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
